Contemporary Tropical Home Construction

For those who live in tropical areas, the appropriate houses to live in is the house with modern tropical architectural style. Among the ways to design the tropical house are: First, to solve the lighting problem of the sun in the afternoon by making the skylights or the light opening on the roof and upper walls, making the opening windows or glass doors which are big enough, and making open spaces in the house, either the indoor garden in the middle of the room, or the garden at the back of the house. Second, to overcome the problem of air humidity which is high enough, we can do the following steps. Create the window or door openings facing each other in order that there is good air circulation through the horizontal or vertical system, or try to incorporate sunlight into the room directly, either through the wall or through an opening in the roof for at least one hour to avoid humidity. Third, make wind holes at the top jamb and at the top side wall in order that the air circulation becomes more fluent. Alternatively, create the  multifunctional window which can be used for two things. If the homeowners want only incoming light, the  jalousie can be opened but the wind does not come in, and vice versa.
